Wii Top Games

Ok heres the deal, I have all of the codes. I just dont know exactly how to enter them when I do try nothing happens. So can someone give me the step by step process of entering the gnome cheat code for Sims 2 Castaway for the Wii? Plz and Thank you!!!!

While on a lot, quickly press B, Z, Up, Down, B to spawn the Cheat Gnome. The Cheat Gnome appears at different locations, depending on which island you are on. Find the Cheat Gnome, then enter one of the following codes to unlock the corresponding option on the Cheat Gnome:
